shipping How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Orders over £50 ship free, and we dispatch Monday to Friday from the studio.
shipping Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship across the EU, US and most of the rest of the world. Rates are calculated at checkout, and orders over £160 ship free worldwide.
shipping Can I track my order?
Every order gets a tracking link by email once the parcel leaves the studio. If it has not arrived in 5 working days (UK) or 10 (international), drop us a line.
dye Will Obsidian stain my hairline or forehead?
Not when applied with the included Enhancement Card as a barrier — pigment stays on hair only. Any accidental skin contact wipes clean with warm water in the first ten minutes.
dye Does it cover 100% grey hair?
Yes — Obsidian is formulated for one-pass grey coverage on up to full-grey hair when left on for the full 15 minutes.
dye How long does the colour hold?
Matte-black for 5 to 7 days through sweat, gym and rain. It shifts when it meets shampoo, not before.
dye Which shade should I pick?
Four shades: Black, Dark Brown, Light Brown, Ginger Brown. Match the client's natural hair rather than the bottle — not sure? Order a 60ml bottle in the two closest shades and compare on a small section first.
products Are the hair care formulas safe for colour-treated hair?
Yes — the CrispyKingz Essentials line is sulphate, SLS and paraben free, so colour sits longer. Our deep conditioner is actively recommended between colour services.
products How often should I replace the wave cap?
With nightly use the satin lining stays prime for 6 to 9 months. Replace earlier if you spot fraying at the band or thinning in the crown. Hand wash cool, line dry, never tumble.
products Is the Dime Shooter compressor really cordless?
Yes — fully cordless, charges over USB-C, holds up to 2 hours or roughly 12 full cuts on a charge. Comes with a spare battery.
returns What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery, unopened and unused. Just reply to your order confirmation and we'll send a return label.
returns What if a product arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it — no return needed on damaged items.
affiliates How does the affiliate programme work?
Apply via UpPromote, get your own link and discount code, share with clients and followers. Every sale through your link gets tracked to you and paid out monthly.
affiliates Who can apply?
Barbers, stylists, content creators and loyal customers. We just want to see that you use the product.
orders Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven't dispatched yet, yes — email hello@crispycuts.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it. Once it's left the studio, you'll need to wait for delivery and return it.
